A BRAND IS BORN ~

A mold procedure is included 3 steps. 1. Clay molding- 2.Wax molding and 3. Copper molding.

You only need to offer us 3 pictures of doll different angles, then our carving master can achieve 95% similar as your picture.

#1. clay molding, we needs about 10 days to finish it.

In the first stage, you can ask for any change, if you don’ t like it. Such as change the mouth smile a little, make the eyes a little bigger, we will revise it until get your satisfaction.

#2. wax molding, it needs about one week.

In this second stage , we will install the eyes and put your company’s logo on it. Now this baby doll is belong to you only.

But please double confirm the details, because once getting your approval, then we will proceed the final making copper molding, In this stage it’s not allow to do any change, even if a minor changes. 

#3. copper molding, it needs about 2 weeks, full electroplating time can make the  perfect mold.

Of course, during the molding time, we will customized the clothes style and shoes style for you. Our scouring department will go to the fabric market to find some correct fabric to make doll outfit.  Therefore, all the details will be confirmed with you step by step. 

After the molding part and doll design finish, we will send the final sample to you for personal checking before we produce the bulk production.  

If everything is ok, then next stage, we will help to customized your packing box and discuss the bulk production accordingly.
