2. What if I don’t like the customized lifelike dolls?
Please rest assured that there are three processes for customized dolls, clay mold-wax mold-copper mold.
We will show you the detailed details of each process.
During the presentation, you can suggest any changes, and we will make sure you are satisfied with the changes before moving on to the next step.
For example, in the clay mold details, you can ask for a smaller nose, bigger eyes, etc.
3. How can I get the samples？
The sample cost is USD100, it’s included the doll toys doll with hair. shoes and clothes. We can customized the skin tone, hair style, dolls shoes and clothes style for you.
The lifelike dolls sample cost will refund to you after you place main order.
4. Could you offer us a free 18 inch doll sample？
We are sorry that we can not offer you the free sample, we believe all of our doll have its value. We promised that we will refund you full sample cost once you confirm the main order. As you know , no doll company will running depend on sample cost , we charge you the sample cost in advance , just want to make sure that you can know well our quality in advance.
5. What’s certificate you can offer for my dolls?
All of material we used are meet international doll toys doll test standard.
Such as EN71, ASTM-F963 and so on. We promised that all of our company doll product can pass the toy testing , if not , we will pay for the test cost.
6. What if your americandoll products have something wrong?
We offer two years after-service. When the production have something wrong, we hope you can offer us some pictures about it , we will hold production meeting and find the reason about it, if it’s our fault, we will remake them for you accordingly.
