Please rest assured that there are three processes for customized dolls, clay mold-wax mold-copper mold.

For example, in the clay mold details, you can ask for a smaller nose, bigger eyes, etc.
The sample cost is USD100 , it’s included the doll with hair shoes and clothes. We can customized the skin tone , hair style , shoes style and clothes style for you.
The sample cost will refund to you after you place main order.
We are sorry that we can not offer you the free sample, we believe all of our doll have its value. We promised that we will refund you full sample cost once you confirm the main order. As you know , no factory will running depend on sample cost , we charge you the sample cost in advance , just want to make sure that you can know well our quality in advance.
All of material we used are meet international toy test standard.
Such as EN91, ASTM and so on. We promised that all of our doll product can pass the toy test , if not , we will pay for the test cost.
We offer two years after-service. When the production have something wrong , we hope you can offer us some pictures about it , we will hold production meeting and find the reason about it , if it’s our fault , we will remake them for you accordingly.
