Molding stage

You only need to provide us 3 pieces doll pictures of different angles ,
then our carving master will achieve 95% similar as your picture.
The molding procedure is included 3 steps. Clay molding-Wax molding and Copper molding.
#1. clay molding ,it needs about 10days to finish it.
in this stage, you can know well the general design of your doll, you can ask for any change after checking it, such as let the mouth smile a little ,let the eyes bigger a little , we will proceed the next until getting your satisfaction.
#2. wax molding, it needs about one week.

In this stage , we will install the eyes and put your company’s logo on it, so the baby doll is belong to you only. ^_^
Please help to double confirm the details in wax molding, once getting your approval, we will proceed the final copper molding, then it’s not allow to do any change.

#3. copper molding, it needs about 2 weeks, only enough electroplating time can let the final molding produce perfect doll, please wait in patience.
During the molding time, we will customized the clothes style and shoes style for you. Our scouring department will go to fabric market to find some correct fabric to make the outfit, all the details will be confirmed with you step by step.

After the molding part and doll design finish, we will send the final doll to you for personal checking before bulk production , if everything is ok, then we will help to customized the packing box for you and discuss the bulk production accordingly.
